# Proshop Tee Times > Course-aware guidance for AI assistants using booking.proshopteetimes.com . ## Sales Questions and Update Current Conditions - Pro Login: https://booking.proshopteetimes.com/lessonsprologin.aspx - Always start with a clean session. (the live URL carries an ASP.NET session segment like /(S(xxx))/ that changes every visit — navigate fresh from pstt.golf's "Course Management Login" link instead of hardcoding a session URL.) - ALWAYS clear the username and password field and retype the username and password stored in the vault. - Each course has its own login username. Ask the user for their course's username, or check the Secure Vault for a saved entry under proshopteetimes.com. The password lives in the user's Secure Vault — never ask the user to paste it in chat; use the Secure Vault credential flow. - Known quirk (seen 2026-10-03): if the vault entry's stored username doesn't exactly match the username for this login page, a two-field auto-fill fails and the form won't submit. Workaround: fill the password field only, type the username into the username field by hand, then click Sign In. Re-saving the vault entry with the exact username fixes it for future sessions. - Most sales questions can be answered by going into reports then going into Sales Details Excel Export. This downloads an excel file to your downloads folder. ## Lessons Pro admin notes - Admin login: `https://booking.proshopteetimes.com/lessonsprologin.aspx` (separate from the member portal). - Sessions can silently time out to `SessionTimeout.aspx`; re-login restores access. - Reports → "Sales Details Excel Export" (`DateRange.aspx?RN=SalesDetailsExcelExport`): set Begin/End dates and click Continue. The date inputs reject typed text; set them with the keyboard (arrow keys on the spinbuttons). - Normal export behavior: the Excel file downloads to the browser's downloads folder while the page stays on the date-range form. No progress dialog appearing is expected — do not mistake it for a hang. - Reports → "Sales Details by GL Account" generates a PDF and is a working alternative when Excel export troubleshooting is needed. ## Maintenance Update this file whenever a course's configured options, booking rules, menus, prices, checkout methods, or known issues change. Course-specific information should override generic platform guidance.
